Our limited production Rose is made in the classic French style with Grenache and Counoise grapes. Barrel fermented and then aged 6 months in French and American oak; it’s ready to drink with all your lighter fall fare - fresh halibut, salmon, pork tenderloin and seafood pastas. On the nose and palate is bright melon and strawberry; with a pleasant finish of Bing cherry. It’s the perfect pairing with your roast Thanksgiving turkey!
